Delete receipts in the app
Open tips4tip, go to Account, and choose Clear All Data. Confirm with your password or sign-in provider. This deletes receipt records and receipt photos from that device and from your cloud account.
Clear All Data does not delete your sign-in, profile, or the Facebook information used to identify the account.
Delete your account and Facebook data
Email support@tips4tip.app from the email address on the account. Use the subject “Delete my tips4tip account”.
Include the email address you use to sign in. If you signed in with Facebook, also include the name shown on the Facebook account so we can match it.
We will delete the tips4tip account and the data stored for it, including the name, email address, and Facebook user ID received from Facebook Login, your profile, and any remaining receipts and receipt photos. We will confirm by email when the deletion is finished.
Remove tips4tip from Facebook
In Facebook, open Settings → Apps and Websites, select tips4tip, and remove it. Removing the app in Facebook stops future sign-in through Facebook. It does not erase data already stored in tips4tip. Use the email request above for that.
